Queen's Park project

We provided structural engineering design for the luxurious refurbishment and extension of a residential property in Queens Park, along with a new rear outbuilding.

Our scope included structural alterations to the existing building to facilitate a high end refurbishment, including work to internal walls, floors, and openings to create the open, light filled spaces demanded by the new layout. We designed the structure for the extension, ensuring it integrated seamlessly with the existing building fabric, and provided a full structural design for the standalone rear outbuilding, from foundations through to roof.

Working across refurbishment, extension, and new build within a single project required careful coordination between existing conditions and new structural interventions, delivering a cohesive structural solution finished to a high specification throughout
